Grinding emulsification method
In the preparation of the emulsifying wax, the order of addition of the emulsifier can also affect the stability of the emulsifying wax. There are several ways to add emulsifiers:
1) In the aqueous phase method: the emulsifier is directly dissolved in water, and the oil is added under vigorous stirring.
2) In the oil phase method: the emulsifier is added to the oil phase, and then water is added to directly prepare the W/O emulsion. If the O/W type is to be obtained, the water is continuously added until the deformation occurs, and the internal phase is transferred to The external phase makes the hydrophilic-lipophilic property reach a proper balance and then emulsifies after phase inversion, which is often better than direct emulsification.

6) O-D emulsification method: the emulsifier is dissolved in the aqueous alcohol solution to form a uniform transparent intermediate phase D, and the oil is added to form a layered liquid crystal. The oil is further added to form an O-D emulsion, and water is added to form a gel-like emulsion, and the water is gradually turned over to form. O/W type microemulsion.
