2. Preparation of protein fertilizer
(1) Sterilization treatment of fish solution slurry: Chlorine gas was introduced into the fish solution slurry to maintain the chlorine content in the fish solution slurry at a concentration of 1 mg/L, and sterilization treatment was carried out for 10 minutes.
(2) Deodorization treatment of fish dissolving paste: heat the fish dissolving paste after sterilization treatment at 60°C for 30 minutes, add diatomite added in an amount of 5% by weight of the fish dissolving paste to remove the fish dissolving paste itself Odor and residual chlorine.
(3) Preparation of fish viscera enzyme extract: take the fish offal after processing, wash it, crush it in 0℃ environment, add 0.5% KCl aqueous solution with mass percentage concentration pre-cooled to room temperature, ultrasonically disperse for 20 minutes, homogenize The slurry was centrifuged at 3000r/min for 10 minutes, and the supernatant was filtered to obtain fish visceral enzyme extract.
(4) Enzymatic hydrolysis treatment: add the prepared fish offal enzyme extract to the sterilized and deodorized fish lye, the amount of the enzyme extract is 5% of the mass of the fish lye, the fish after adding the enzyme extract The solution was digested in a sterile environment at 30°C and a pH of 6.5 for 5 hours.
